Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the jlpark platform. By accessing jlpark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Last Updated: June 2026jlpark is strictly for users aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Creating an account as an underage person is prohibited and any such account will be suspended and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active jlpark account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonus funds accumulated through multiple accounts will be voided without recourse.
All jlpark bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlpark login credentials. jlpark will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account details.
Withdrawals from jlpark are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jlpark reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlpark operates in compliance with PAGCOR standards. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlpark ("jlpark," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlpark platform at jlpark.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jlpark, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jlpark Platform.
Important: These Terms should be read alongside the jlpark Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jlpark Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. jlpark reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the player relationship. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, any winnings voided, and remaining real-money deposits returned at jlpark's discretion.
The jlpark Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence before registering or placing wagers. Players accessing jlpark from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and jlpark accepts no liability in such circumstances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the jlpark registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on jlpark. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlpark reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any bonus funds held therein.
Prohibited: Creating an Account on behalf of another person, using false identity documents, or circumventing the age verification process are all grounds for immediate and permanent Account closure.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jlpark Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlpark will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your jlpark Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jlpark support immediately at [email protected]. jlpark may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
jlpark may at any time request that you complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity occurs for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlpark reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive Account Balances, after providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address on file. Account Balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
jlpark currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount on jlpark is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though payment processors may apply their own transaction limits. jlpark reserves the right to impose deposit limits on Accounts at any time for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. jlpark reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or review of unusual account activity.
jlpark is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. jlpark reserves the right to freeze Accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where unusual transaction patterns are detected, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
jlpark applies a return-to-source policy where technically feasible — withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, jlpark will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative, subject to identity verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jlpark are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of each promotion. Where not otherwise specified, the following general terms apply.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only, unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
jlpark monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently suspended from future promotions.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without recourse.
All games on the jlpark Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by prior results, account history, or any other factor outside of the game's mathematical parameters.
In the event of a technical malfunction during game play — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or software failures — jlpark reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return staked amounts to the Player's Balance. Where a technical malfunction results in an erroneous display of a win, jlpark is not liable to pay out amounts that exceed the mathematically correct outcome of the game.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlpark Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and may result in permanent Account closure and legal action where warranted.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, jlpark will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts and suppressing promotional communications. Players who self-exclude cannot override the exclusion until the specified period has elapsed.

All content on the jlpark Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jlpark or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlpark Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the jlpark Platform without prior written consent from jlpark.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlpark's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlpark shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
jlpark does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. jlpark will endeavor to notify Players of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
jlpark reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not due to breach or fraud), jlpark will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jlpark reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the jlpark Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the jlpark Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jlpark, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue the dispute through the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits jlpark's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
